Evaluation of Biological metabolites among the Workers Exposed to Dimethylformanide

Abstract
|
|
|
To investigate the urinary metabolite, NMF (N-methylformamide) and biochemical changes among the workers exposed to the solvent, DMF (dimethylformamide), 109 workers were examined.
@ES And the results were as follows.
@EN 1. The mean air concentration of the samples catched by personal air samplers for the part where the DMF was used at that time was 7.1 (±3.55)mg/㎥ (min: 2.2, max: 10.2).
2. The mean urinary excretion value of NMF, metabolite of DMF was 26.5 (±16.89)mg/g creatinine in used group. It was higher than non-used groups.
3. The values of liver enzymes between clerks and producing workers were not significant statistically.
